i. Calculation of Salaries in arrear

  1. The salaries are revised w.e.f. month of July but mostly, the revised salary is released between January to March of that financial year.

Therefore, an arrear sheet containing the details of "salaries in arrear" is prepared by Accounts Department of Head Office.

  1. Then the HR checks arrear sheets with attention to detail and then discusses with Accounts Department at Head Office for amendments required. HR gives the final approval to accounts dept. over email to proceed with the payment.

  2. The HR sends revised Reimbursment details to the Administration Department(Sagar)
